Quality

Quality assurance starts from the moment an order is placed. Quality assurance is our goal through all phases of the manufacturing process: design and engineering; tooling; and production, including casting, trimming, machining, finishing, packing and shipping. Each step has its own requirements for quality. From monitoring the proper revision of the design drawings at inception to assuring that the package will protect the product in transit to the customer, we offer a complete quality assurance package.

QC Equipment List:

We do not think a completion for an order is the end of the work, but beginning of the next order. We perform the quality standard strictly by fully use the inspection instruments and equipments, we could control and inspect all the products strictly, and pursue zero defect.
